TCI 55-59 Chevy Pickup Truck IFS Front Suspension Kit: Here's a quick list of the recent updates made to this IFS kit and most of the other TCI 50's PU kits. All of these updates are aimed at moving this suspension towards a true Pro Touring design!
By redesigning the crossmember they have acheived improved camber and castor gain, improved the coil over mounting location, optimized control arm geometry and created a lighter thinner sway bar that tucks in tighter behind the crossmember but provides resistance similar to a 1.25" bar.
Total Cost Involved's Custom Front Steer IFS unit has been engineered to remove the dreaded bump steer while offering a large amount of ride height adjustment so you can acheive the stance your looking for while maintaining proper front end alignment. Caster and camber is made simple with adjustable stainless eccentrics.The custom IFS design creates optimum suspension geometry with correct length control arms, fast camber gain spindles with excellent anti dive qualities and very high quality adjustable billet shocks. Its all about the geometry and these kits are dialed in. Your truck will feel nimble, sporty and very road compliant.
